The Newport Art Museum will open its 84th annual Winter Lecture Series The New Political Landscape, a discussion led by Darrell West. West is the vice president of governance studies and director of the Center for Technology Innovation at the Washington, D.C.-based Brookings Institution. He is also a former John Hazen White professor of political science and public policy and former director of the Taubman Center for Public Policy at Brown University. In his lecture, West will provide an assessment of the post-election political landscape.
